- Swedish Massage
- The most popular traditional European style of massage, it promotes overall relaxation and renewed energy
- Deep Tissue Massage
- Therapeutic massage to relieve pain and release connective tissue. A combination of methods are utilized including neuromuscular and myofascial release techniques.
- Hot and Cold Stone Deep Tissue Massage
- The use of hot and cold stones helps one go even deeper into the tissues. The cold stone is needed for the homeostasis of the body, the balancing.
- Lomi Lomi
- A 2 hour Hawaiian Massage. An ancient and distinctive form of massage practiced by a Hawaiian Shaman, called a Kahuna.
- Huna Therapy
- Also a Hawaiian Shaman technique, working with energy.
- Reiki (pronounced ray-key)
- An ancient Japanese hands-on technique that restores and balances universal life force energy in the body.

- A form of therapy with sound, which may be used in the meridians as in accupressure.
About Suzanne
Suzanne Boutin is nationally certified from the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork. She is a member of the Florida State Massage Therapy Association and the Sound Healers Association. She holds four Masterships of Reiki and has studied with two Hawaiian Shamans. Suzanne is also certified by Acutonics I and II in tuning forks, and has a certificate with Body Talk for I and II and Medical Intuitive I.
Suzanne keeps current with her continuing education studies through The Upledger Institute, a health resource center dedicated to the advancement of complementary and innovative techniques. Her most recent studies are in Fusion Therapy, created by Terry Schibler. Fusion Therapy was designed to give the therapist a step by step approach for treating the body in a multifaceted way.
